Thanks to an amazing and rapid round of very generous donations from our members, the NASC has once again been able to sponsor an Ipswich Town player.
It gives us great pleasure to sponsor Leah Mitchell for a second consecutive year. The 2023-24 season proved to be a breakthrough year for Leah, and she was rewarded with her first professional contract in July 2024. She has had an impressive start to the 2024-25 campaign, appearing in all league games, and scoring in the recent wins over Plymouth Argyle and MK Dons. The NASC are delighted to be just a small part of her career trajectory, and wish her the very best of success for this season and beyond.
One of the benefits of the sponsorship is that the Club gives us one season ticket. Given the distance from North America to Dellwood Avenue Felixstowe, the Club has been generous enough to offer us guest passes to games our members are able to attend. We would encourage all members to include this in their plans when they visit the UK. We would love to see NASC representation at as many games as possible this season.

Given the distance, we do not anticipate too much competition for tickets, but in the event that there are multiple requests for specific games, priority will be given to those who contributed to donations for the past two seasons’ campaigns.

Player sponsorship remains one of our group’s core goals, the other being to connect North America-based Town fans with each other. This season, we will be trying to raise funds to continue our sponsorship of Leah, but we have set ourselves a stretch target to also be able to sponsor a men’s team player within the next two years. Keep an eye out for our membership packages and merch drops, all profits from these will go to our sponsorship drive.
